Service & Payment Policy
Service Overview
Junkasaurus Junk Removal provides residential and commercial junk removal services. By scheduling service with Junkasaurus, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Retainer & Scheduling Policy
A minimum retainer is required prior to arrival for any scheduled junk removal service.
The standard retainer amount is $125.00, plus applicable tax and fees.
The retainer is applied toward the total cost of your service and is not an additional charge.
Retainer Refunds & Cancellations
The $125.00 retainer is fully refundable if the service is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in the retainer being non-refundable.
In this case, the $125.00 retainer will be considered a cancellation fee.
Standard One-Item Removal Policy
A charge of $125.00 + applicable tax and fees is considered a standard one-item removal and disposal service.
This includes:
Removal and proper disposal of one item
Up to one (1) hour on site
Additional time, labor, items, or disposal requirements may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before work proceeds.
Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash
Venmo
Major credit cards
Payment must be completed according to the agreed terms before or at the time of service unless otherwise approved.
Access & Service Conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to items being removed.
Junkasaurus reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions exist or if items differ substantially from what was originally described.
